Green Supply Chain Based on the EUDR
[17.11.2025]

“After December 31, 2025—Can Your POSM Still Enter the EU?”

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) has been in force since June 29, 2023, and will become fully mandatory on December 31, 2025. From that date, all products involving wood, paper, leather, coffee, cocoa, palm oil, soy, and rubber must be proven deforestation-free, legal, and fully traceable—or they will be banned from entering the EU market.
Non-compliance will trigger severe penalties: heavy fines, product withdrawals, and even confiscation of revenues.

At FRIC, we are already prepared to guide our partners through this compliance challenge:

  • All our leather, wood, and paper materials are sourced from FSC/PEFC-certified suppliers.
  • We provide deforestation risk assessments and traceability documentation to guarantee smooth EU market access.
  • We help brands turn compliance into brand value by offering on-product sustainability labels (e.g., FSC logo)—all while ensuring cost efficiency and quality assurance.

Compliant supply chains are not just about meeting legal requirements; they represent a brand’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

  •  Prevent global deforestation and degradation
  •  Reduce carbon emissions from POSM production and consumption
  •  Inspire industry-wide transformation toward sustainability

In this global compliance wave, FRIC is not only a solutions provider but also a partner driving a greener future together with leading brands.
